Ratna has over 10 years of experience as a tax consultant with Arthur Andersen and Ernst and Young Indonesia before being a Partner in SF Consulting. Prior to being a tax consultant, she was an auditor in Deloitte Touch and Tohmatsu. During her time in Arthur Andersen, Ratna attended various tax and management training such as International Tax and Financial Market School.

Throughout her tax consultancy career, Ratna has served major multinational and national companies such as the Halliburton Group, Jababeka Group, ABB Group, Danmotor Group, Hyatt Indonesia, Shangrila Hotel, Oto Multiartha, Bank Buana, Martha Tilaar Group, Volex Group, Schneider Batam and Bank Danamon. With this experience, she has grown accustomed to dealing with different types of clients and providing effective, practical solutions. Her specialty is in matters regarding to dispute resolution such as tax audits, objections and appeals.

Ratna also assisted the Association of Indonesian Leasing Companies (APPI) as a tax advisor and lectured on taxation courses conducted by the Association. Furthermore, she was also a lecturer in the University of Indonesia.
